Movies

Movies are the other big source of the stories I enjoy.

And I have read a couple of books/stories about movies, one of the more enlightening is:

Pictures at a Revolution
Mark Harris’ remarkable book about that amazing year (1968) of movie making, the year that signaled a death for the old Hollywood and the beginning of a new one

Top Movies — My 5 Star Ratings

When my son and I were once leaving the theater, and I said that was a bad movie, he asked the obvious question, “How do you know a good movie?” I responded off the top of my head, “You know it’s a good movie when you remember it a month later.”
